Safety & Visitor Guidelines 

 

To ensure a safe experience for everyone, please keep the following rules in mind: 

 

• Sign-In: All guests must check in upon arrival. 

• Group Safety: Please remain with your tour guide at all times while on the factory floor. 

• Footwear: For your safety, closed-toe shoes are required. High heels, flip-flops, and sandals are not permitted in the plant. 

• Age Restrictions: Children ages 12 and under are not allowed on the factory floor for safety reasons, though they're welcome to tour the model homes when accompanied by a parent.
